Refund policy
Returns
We always hope you are happy with what you have received from KIOSK but in case you are not or in the case things just didn't work out, here is the drill:
We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days. We are here to help and are flexible if over 30 days has passed, if we can be, especially during the holiday time.
Please note! we are not a lending library, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Obviously.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods, time sensitive goods and intimate goods.
Return Process:
To return your product, first email us at: info@kioskkiosk.com, then we can organize things together.
We ask you to return the goods to us at your cost unless something is damaged or defective.
Please consider sending in a trackable manner, this is a good idea as until we receive the goods you are responsible for them.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you what's going on.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed ASAP and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If it is not approved, we see what happens, that has never happened.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund you are expecting please first contact your credit card company,
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: info@kioskkiosk.com and we can double check the process has happened.
Remember- credit card companies and banks can be slow to issue credits, they like to sit on our money.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We naturally replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at: info@kioskkiosk.com.
